2. What personal data we process
Depending on whether you are a job seeker, an employee, or a representative of a client company, we process in particular:
- Identification and contact data — first and last name, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail.
- Education and experience data — CV, work experience, qualifications, language skills, driving and other licences.
- Data necessary for employment — nationality, details of work and residence permits, bank account number (for employees).
- Billing and company data — for client representatives, the company name, Company ID/VAT number and contact person.
- Communication data — the content of messages and enquiries sent via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary and on one of the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — employment mediation, temporary agency employment and the provision of HR services.
- Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) — obligations under the Employment Act, the Labour Code and tax, accounting and social and health insurance regulations.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — keeping records of candidates and clients, and protecting our rights and claims.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — keeping your data in our candidate database in order to offer you further suitable job opportunities, and measuring website traffic using analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You give consent via the cookie bar and may withdraw it at any time.
4. Where we obtain the data
We obtain personal data primarily directly from you — via the contact form on the website, by e-mail, by phone, from a CV you send us, or during an in-person meeting. We may also receive candidate data from job portals on which you have made your profile available.
5. To whom we disclose the data
We disclose your personal data only to the extent necessary to the following categories of recipients:
- Potential employers and client companies — for the purpose of employment mediation (in the case of candidates).
- Public authorities — where required by law (e.g. labour offices, the social security administration, the tax office).
- Processors — providers of accounting, IT, hosting and analytics services (including Google Analytics) that process the data on our behalf under a contract and with appropriate safeguards.
With the exception of the following, we do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union or to international organisations. In connection with the use of Google Analytics, data may be transferred to Google outside the EU (in particular to the USA), on the basis of appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). 6. Retention period
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
- for the duration of the cooperation and subsequently for the period laid down by law (in particular tax, accounting and labour-law regulations);
- for candidates recorded on the basis of consent, for no longer than 3 years from the granting of consent, or until it is withdrawn;
- once the purpose of processing ceases and the statutory periods expire, we securely dispose of the data.
7. Cookies
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies required for its proper functioning, as well as analytics cookies from Google Analytics, which measure traffic anonymously. We store analytics cookies only with your consent. Details can be found in the separate Cookie Policy. You can restrict the storage of cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
In relation to your personal data, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- the right of access to your data and to information about its processing;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- the right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten") and to restriction of processing;
- the right to data portability to another controller;
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
